With over 3 decades of  international banking experience, Nancy Tafoya started Solutions in Practice, LLC a consulting practice specializing in risk management. Nancy brings extensive experience in creating, organizing, and controlling business structures, both in the US and the UK.  She returned to the US as the Local Chief Risk Officer for WestLB AG, responsible for all counterparty and conduit risk in the Americas. In the UK, she was Head of Credit for the UK, also handling significant task forces handling workouts and procedures automation.  Previous experience includes private placements, M&A, tax-advantaged financings, and leveraged leases for Security Pacific National Bank and Citibank.  Nancy earned her MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and has a BS from the University of Southern California.
